Client Responsibilities

The client accepts full and sole responsibility for:

  • The content, formatting, quality, submission, and use of all documents.

  • Deciding whether to implement any changes, edits, or suggestions made by ARWC.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant university policies, academic guidelines, and local laws.

·       For postgraduate students: reviewing all changes made by the editor before accepting them.

  • The originality and integrity of all materials submitted to ARWC.

  • The final grades received, acknowledging that grading is based on external factors beyond ARWC’s control.

  • Maintaining backup copies of all submitted materials.

  • Obtaining a formal quote from ARWC before submitting and paying for any editing work.

  • Providing an active email address to receive communication and completed work.

  • Confirming approval of the completed work. If we do not receive confirmation within 7 days (or 14 days for documents over 50,000 words), we will assume the work is approved and accept no further liability.

  • Making full payment before editing begins, unless an invoice arrangement has been made with ARWC.

  • Settling any invoiced amount within 30 days if prepayment was waived. If a university fails to pay on the client’s behalf, the client remains personally responsible for the full payment.

Customer Satisfaction Specifications and Disclaimer

We are committed to delivering high-quality editing services and ensuring your satisfaction with the final product. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive revision and quality assurance process under the following terms:

1. Revisions and Corrections Within Scope
We are pleased to offer complimentary revisions for any aspect of our editing that you believe requires further attention—provided the revision request pertains to the original content submitted and falls within the scope of the original project. Edits to newly added or altered content following the completion of the original job are not included and must be submitted as a new project.

2. Addressing Isolated Errors
If your document contains a small number of errors, we do not automatically perform a full re-edit. Instead, we will work collaboratively with you to address any specific concerns until you are satisfied with the outcome.

3. Requesting a Full Re-Edit
Should you have broader concerns about the overall quality of the editing, you may request a comprehensive re-evaluation. In such cases, our Quality Assurance Manager will re-assess your document through our internal quality management system. If the quality score is found to be below 90, a full re-edit will be provided at no additional cost. If the score meets or exceeds our rigorous standards, we will continue to work with you on the areas you identify, but a full re-edit will not be offered free of charge.

4. Scope of Satisfaction Guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that we will work diligently to improve your document based on your feedback. However, it does not extend to refunds. Our focus is on refining the original work to meet your expectations through collaborative revisions.

5. Formatting Revisions
Formatting changes will be carried out free of charge only when they align with the original instructions provided. We cannot offer complimentary formatting revisions for requests that deviate from the initial brief or for formatting issues introduced by changes made to the document after it has been returned. Additionally, we are not responsible for formatting anomalies resulting from software bugs, file corruption, or other technical issues outside our control after delivery.
